There are increasing concerns from experts over which ingredients that you may be putting in your mouth!
Some toothpaste contain a chemical called Triclosan. Studies have shown that this ingredient can alter thyroid hormone regulation which can lead to mood swings, fatigue and weight gain.
President of the Academy of General Dentistry, Vincent C. Mayher, D.M.D, assures that you don’t need triclosan in your toothpaste to have a healthy clean mouth.

Studies have shown that taking 1 – 2 Tablespoons of virgin coconut oil a day can stimulate thyroid function which leads to help the production of fat burning hormones. Most women find the weight comes off the belly first!
The fact is coconut oil can boost your “good” cholesterol levels. It is primarily made up of fatty acids that are broken down & burned for energy, not stored as fat in the body.
No one likes to talk about it, but unfortunately some of us have to deal with it…..Dandruff. It’s a simple fact that some people have an overgrowth of yeast called Pityrosporum ovale, which is the source of dandruff.
Next time you are bothered with this situation, try massaging your scalp with a few drops of tea tree oil. The oil is rich in antigungal terpenes to help fight off those dry itching flakes. Tea tree oil has antiseptic properties to also remove any buildup on your scalp that may be blocking hair follicles so new hair growth can be triggered!
