1 clean spray bottle
2 cups of distilled water
4-6 chamomile tea bags
Boil water & steep tea bags for about 10 minutes. Then squeeze out the bags & pour the tea in to a clean spray bottle. Shake the bottle & mist the spray over your body 10 minutes before bed. Store in the fridge up to 5 days.
